MAKING A PURCHASE Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse through our web store, click on any items that you wish to purchase and add them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept credit and debit card payments. We accept Visa, Mastercard Switch, Solo, Delta and Maestro. We accept cash sent by post but strongly recommend you use Royal Mail Special Delivery if Sending cash as this is insured against loss in transit. We accept cheque please make cheques payable to SWTR Ltd (Please note goods cannot be dispatch untill cheque has cleared) We also accept payments via Bank Transfers, this can be done with ease for those of you who have Internet banking. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS We are pleased to announce that we can now ship the following countries: Austria, France, Germany, Guernsey, Isle Of Man, Isle Of Wight, Italy, Jersey, Luxembourg, Northern Ireland, Portugal, Denmark, Republic of Ireland, Spain, Sweden. Our VAT number is: GB 329 0973 39 If you are in the European Union you need to pay "VAT at Source" (this is listed as VAT on our website). We cannot send items to different country to the credit card billing address. IMPORTANT: ALL items shipped outside the UK are supplied without any warranty whatsoever. If you are seeking an item with warranty we suggest you purchase locally. This is due to our tiny profit margins and the huge costs involved in non UK shipping. COLLECTING YOUR GOODS You are able to collect any orders from our offices with prior arrangement. DELIVERY OF YOUR GOODS Our website automatically calculates the weight of your order and will offer you the various shipping options available for your order. Out minimum shipping cost is £2.80 + VAT for 1st class Royal Mail delivery. All orders sent by Couriers use Royal Mail Parcelforce 24. We will email you the tracking number for your order upon dispatch. This will enable you to track your order online. CANCELLING OF AN ORDER Under the EC Distance Selling Directive, you have the right to cancel the contract for your purchase within 7 working days of delivery. You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your contract, nor will you have to pay any penalty. To cancel a contract, please contact us by clicking here or by post (to address below) within seven working days following delivery. Package the items securely and send them to us with your order number written clearly on the outside and inside the package. Note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error. You should be aware that once we begin the delivery process, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for services carried out by us (for example, postage and packing). When we receive the goods with the notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item. Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your contract, any relevant sum debited to us from your credit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order. If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you TAX CHARGES All our prices shown are inclusive of VAT at the current rate of 17.5%. CREDIT CARD SECURITY We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card processing is handled by WORLDPAY. Worldpay are approved by all High St Banks due to their high security encryption. Worldpay is integrated into our site. All Credit Card information is processed by Worldpay. SWTR do not even get to see your card details. For your added protection, SWTR reserve the right to insist on orders to be shipped to the registered cardholders address. We do not and will not sell or release information provided by you to any other third parties, except when in connection with your orders, or in exceptional cases of debt recovery, unless required by law. RETURNS POLICY In the unlikely event that you have to return any products to us you should be aware of the following. Please click here to contact us with any problems. This helps us both have a record of events. We always answer emails in order they are received and as soon as practically possible. All items are covered by our RTB warranty (unless stated otherwise) RTB = Return To Base (Customer is responsible for return carriage costs). We are not liable for any carriage costs in returning the goods for inspection. All returned goods must be securely packed and in an unused condition. We suggest you use a service that can provide "proof of delivery". We will not be liable for items lost or damaged in transit back to us. Damaged Goods: You should inspect the goods for damages when you receive them. If the package you receive looks like it may be damaged or has been tampered with you should refuse the package or mark the courier`s sheet to show this (if you do sign to accept the package).If the goods are found to be damaged prior to delivery to you then we will replace or refund the price paid. If you find any damages you must inform us by email (click here to contact us) within 48hrs (preferably immediately on the same day you receive them). You will then need to contact us listing any damages/shortages. We will try to resolve this ASAP. We cannot be held responsible for damages reported after 48hrs of receipt.
Your statutory rights are not affected Remittance Terms: All goods remain the property of SWTR Ltd until paid for in full. COPYRIGHT Our next day guarantee service is for all orders placed before 2pm. This excludes orders which have any printing issues, such as entering incorrect details on the site when your order is placed, or in the unlikely case that we have oversold. |
